Can I get a quote over the phone or online?

We can provide an estimate for a standard install by phone or email. However, due to various factors which may complicate the installation process, a final quote can only be made at the site.

Can I measure it myself instead of Classic Shutters visiting the site?

Yes, you can measure the window to get an estimate, but these measurements cannot be used for manufacturing purposes because no warranty would be given on the manufactured product.

Can I choose from a range of different products?

Yes you can. A range of products are available, and all can be displayed at the consultation stage.

Do you have any pre-made roller shutters for standard window sizes?

Every roller shutter is custom-made, even the ones for standard window sizes.

Can I choose between manual and automatic roller shutters?

Yes of course. We can fit your roller shutter with a strap system or winder box for manual control, however most customers opt for automatic systems.

What powers your roller shutters?

Unless you specifically requests a 12V or 24V motor, we only use 240V motors because we’ve found no faults with them in our 25 years of experience. Classic Shutters can install an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) if required.
